Delete Your Account
You can permanently remove your ARK account from inside the app or request deletion after the app has been uninstalled.
Delete inside the app
- Open ARK T-LAB and sign in.
- Open the Account tab.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
The app signs you out after the request is completed.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address associated with your ARK account. Use the subject “Delete my ARK account” and include the pickup name on the account. We may ask for additional verification before acting on the request.

- Profile name, avatar, optional marketing consent, favorites, and app preferences.
- Lab Points account and reward history connected to the profile.
- Registered push-notification devices.
- Square customer profile and saved-card links created through ARK, where applicable.
Information that may be retained
Completed order and payment records can be anonymized and retained where reasonably required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, legal claims, and regulatory obligations. These retained records will no longer be available as an active customer profile.
ARK also retains a secret-keyed, one-way offer-eligibility marker for up to three years. It does not contain your email address and is used only to prevent one-time coupons or welcome rewards from being claimed again through a recreated account.
Room reservations and account deletion
Deleting your account does not cancel a room reservation or request a refund. Cancel separately through My Bookings or your private booking-management link if that is what you want to do. The cancellation deadline accepted before payment still applies.
Room bookings are detached from the deleted profile. Completed bookings with no unresolved payment or refund have their contact details removed. For an active reservation, uncertain payment, or outstanding refund, we retain only the booking contact details needed to provide that service and its necessary messages. Those details are removed once the reservation and payment or refund are resolved and the necessary messages are finished or closed.
Keep your private booking-management link: it can continue to provide access while the booking is being serviced after account deletion. Do not share it. If you booked as a guest, you may request access, correction, or deletion of booking information by contacting ARK; we may need to verify that the booking belongs to you.
Completed reservation and payment records may be anonymized and retained for the accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal purposes described above.
Timing and important effects
- In-app deletion is designed to remove the account immediately when all connected services respond successfully.
- Manually reviewed email requests are normally completed within 30 days.
- Deletion is permanent. Lab Points, favorites, saved payment methods, and account history cannot be restored afterward.
- Deleting and recreating an account does not reset eligibility for one-time coupons or welcome rewards during the eligibility-marker retention period.
- Deleting ARK does not delete your separate Google or Apple account.
